At STI, we believe your bill should be easy to understand.
To achieve that goal, we have established a straightforward hourly rate for our technicians’ labor and flat fees for common services. Consultation and advice are always free.
In-Shop Pricing
We charge a flat rate for the following services:
- Diagnostic fee – $40 (if STI Technician performs recommended repairs, this fee is waived)
- Virus and Spyware Removal – $85 (flat fee)
- Operating System Re-Installations – $135 (Customer must provide a legal product key code)
- All other services are billed at $80 per hour in half-hour increments.
On-Site Pricing
If we come to you, the hourly rate is $85 per hour;
We bill for a minimum of one hour then in half hour increments thereafter.
Remote Support
If we assist you over the phone or if you use our remote computer support feature, the hourly rate is also $85 per hour, however you are billed in 15-minute increments.
